Consider cold water as a magic potion; splash some on your face and wash your hands with cold water and see the magic of the same on your mood. You will instantly feel fresh no matter how stressed your day has been.
Change your socks mid-day
It will sound kind of odd, but changing socks after you are half way through the day; you will start feeling fresh for the other half of the day. Bring an extra pair of socks to the office and try the trick for 2 or 3 days and see the difference! This activity is even more important for those who need to walk a lot all through the day.
Don’t be dehydrated

Take deep and controlled breaths
Taking deep breaths mean that you are allowing more oxygen in your blood, which is good for your health. You can practice simple breathing exercise where you take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and then exhale. 5 minutes of breathing exercise goes a long way in keeping you healthy.
Every evening it is important to boost your mental health by motivating yourself. Think about the time when you had the feeling of achieving/doing something impossible; think about this incidence for at least 60 seconds. This small exercise will infuse positive energy inside you.
